Christmas greetings from Istanbul!

Having hell lot of trouble with their keyboard. Im already insanely home(friends) sick and its not even half the trip yet. Sigh. Missing all the christmas celebrations and almost sprained my ankle this mornıng. Today's journey starts late so im able to sneak off into the internet cafe to type this pointless message.

THANK YOU KEITH AND JOLAI FOR WARNING ME AGAINST GAINING WEIGHT AND ALL THE BREAD OHMYGOSH I CANT STOP EATING!! ALL THE BREAD GOODNESS OHMYGOSH EVERY SINGLE MEAL GOT A LOT OF FLOUR. HELP!!

I'm so delighted! Parcel was supposed to come yesterday at 1pm but I was out at ECP rollerblading! (I think I can kind of blade properly already! All thanks to my dad who guided me all the way! My brother is also a better rollerblader than WL. Yay!)

Went home and called the shipping company and they said it'd be here by 5.30pm yesterday. Waited in vain. False hope number one. Called them again and they said it'd be delivered today before 1pm. Imagine how excited I was. I felt like I should just stay up till the next day :p


Today, I waited till 1 plus in the afternoon to no avail so I phoned them again. False hope number two. They said that it will come before 5pm (WTH?!!!!?!!??!)


In the end it came at around 2 plus!

So excited to receive my very first parcel! Such a big box!

Totaling the accounts and billing every one was really a headache. Until now my sums don't tally but I don't care anymore. I don't think I want to be the spreer again. It really sucks! Especially when some people don't transfer the exact sum to you and they say aiya friend mah! . Then all my sums are so messy and jumbled up I don't know how to calculate. Plus the fact that some items were out of stock so I have to deduct money here and there. Goodness. Tiring. Am still feeling very sad that pictures from my Omnia cannot be uploaded onto livejournal. Don't even know the reason. Initially I thought it was because the file was too big. So I reduced the picture size to 100 kb and it still didn't work.


Tell me how how how! Okay I'm going to slot my money and cards into my new wallet! Can't wait for my Omnia silicone case to come quickly!

Fitting to say Taiwan trip was awesome and insanely surpassed all my expectations. Never had financial problems but somehow I think I cared too much about the money issue before the trip and missing church camp proved to be another huge dampener. Thank God I still went on the graduating trip that brought 6c12'09 together. FINALLY our class outings do not end up in failure. 8days of 6c12'09...epic. As much as we got along, I never felt too close to the class, and have (recently) been told that it's rather obvious as much as I tried to keep it hidden. But after these 8days...I think I finally feel like part of the class, like, I can finally be more open with everyone, be less insecure and uptight; safe one or two moments that I'd need to keep for quality time with myself. Hopefully we have more successful class gatherings because this is a feeling I cherish and wouldn't want to give up. Before this trip I could barely see myself keeping in contact with most of my classmates, but, after it, I just want to plan gatherings after gatherings because the company has been awesome. Feels like 6I'03 but how far we'll go I don't know. Thank you 6c12'09 and thank you God.

Now that I've learnt to see beyond all the shit that has happened, 2009 has been awesome to me. Truly. Thank you God, Thank you 6c12, Thank you Ties, Thank you PPPPPP, Thank you AFJ, Thank you SARS, Thank you TNS '03, Thank you everyone at Church, Thank you dhs'09. Thank you Thinkquest '09. Thank you music. Thank you Ariel Lin. Thank you Arsenal. Thank you all the friends I've made in school and out of school these 6years. And even thank you to all my teachers. I can safely say that this is the first time in 6years I felt that none of my core teachers actually hate me. True or not I don't know, but thanks for concealing it anyway. Each one of you helped shape me in a different but absolutely essential way.

Will be leaving Singapore again soon for Turkey. 2am flight tonight so need to be at the airport by 12MN. Will be missing Christmas and the New Year. SUCKS! Wish everyone a blessed Christmas and New Year anyway.
